Introduction

Welcome to DUIU. This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you and Mono Digital AB for the use of DUIU (the App). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, install, or use the App. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users Mono Digital AB has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, content that is offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. Abusive behavior includes, but is not limited to, harassment, threats, and any form of bullying.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Post, upload, or distribute any objectionable content.
• Engage in any abusive or harmful behavior towards other users.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

Enforcement

Mono Digital AB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this EULA. This may include removing objectionable content, suspending or terminating the accounts of abusive users, and reporting such activities to law enforcement authorities.

Modifications to the EULA

Mono Digital AB reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
